"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." ~ 1 Peter 3:15-16

Pre-Birth Reflections

Now that Elias will be joining our family in the next few couple of weeks, things will probably be different and schedules would have to be adjusted. The thought of having an additional member can be both refreshing and uncertain at times. Refreshing because everything will look new again and never be the same. Uncertain because it's a whole new horizon where we would not have trodden earlier. What will the future be like? No one really know. But He holds every tomorrow, for whom we can lay our heads and rest in. May He give us wisdom and passion to help Elias walk in the way of righteous, to know and drink of Him deeply, tapping on our experiences and standing on our shoulders, in order to soar to greater heights where we might not have attained.

"Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord... in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him... that I may know him and the power of his resurrection..."
~ Paul of Tarsus
