"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." ~ 1 Peter 3:15-16
In life, there are so many things where we got to live in, live by and live with. Some are easier to achieve while others are easier said than done. While it may be humanly impossible to live in, live by and live whatever under all circumstances, it is wholly possible if we trust in God. In fact, the whole point of God letting us have those difficult circumstances, is to point us outwardly towards Him who, alone, can heal us. If we have just one thorn in our flesh, as Paul put it, remember to give glory to God for He shows us the way to humility. The whole of our faith is put into test when that cross meets the difficult situations. Can we trust one more time in the power of that One on the cross, as we would have given up on many occasions? Be it a pool of muddy water or a mess out of our lives, God can turn all things for the good of those who love Him. May we all meet Him on that cross again, daily. Amen.
