Mother's Day is coming, so I suppose flowers are the best selling items on the shelves? But isn't that too ordinary? I mean when everyone is presenting flowers and food before them, and mind you because we do that to the dead as well, all seems just too ordinary to give flowers to our lovely mums. So in order to be extra-ordinary, I propose that we shouldn't perform any of the above mentioned to emphasize our care and concern for them. Maybe we should just greet them on that "special" day, which isn't anymore special, but that is just too common as well. Perhaps, we should stick our heads under our blankets and pretend that we are still sleeping right from morning till night? But are mums dumb? No, they aren't because if they are, they wouldn't marry daddies, or are they? Anyway, the cost of avoidance is too high and the same goes to the cost of omission. Thus, it is better for us to be extra-ordinary ordinary to present them, at least "a" flower as an appreciation for their hard work. Salute to the mums out there reading this!
