"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." ~ 1 Peter 3:15-16
I don't know why... Though we aren't hundreds and thousands of miles away from each other, we can't stop missing each other. When we are alone and see other loving couples, we can't help feeling hurt. How we wish we are at each other sides.

Ever wonder why God took a rib out of Adam's side and formed Eve with it? Why not any bones but the one from Adam's side? Perhaps, it might be God's purpose for Adam and Eve to be at each other's sides. That is why every couple feels the desire to be together with one another. Man and woman were made for each other, to be together as one. If this is true for a couple falling deeply in love, how much more it is true for a God, who loves us by dying on the cross in our place? Man and woman were made for each other, and all the more, they were made for God. God intends for us to be together with Him...
