"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander." ~ 1 Peter 3:15-16
Wow!!! I never knew weekend is so precious! T_T

My mum went down to KK Hospital today for a check up as she has been suffering from her menstruation problem for two whole months already. Thank God the doctor didn't admit her into the ward, but prescribe some medicine for her to take. After which, she is supposed to go down for a follow up check up. Did you recall that I share about how the Lord heals my mum before? Why then did this happen?

Sometimes people just couldn't comprehend why the illness returns and they ask God why did He allow this to happen to them, especially if God heal them before? Does this means that God is unwilling to heal them? Or does it means that God has left them for good?

Tough question it may seem, but if we hold on to the Word of God, though we might not be able to comprehend it fully, we are still able to understand parts of the reason and hold on to the faith.

The Word of God declares that all men are destined to die once, but there is judgment after death at the Judgment day when Christ returns. In view of this, we know that no matter how many miraculous healing one received from God, one still has to die at the end of the day. It's just a matter of time.

While complaining that God has failed to heal somebody, they have failed to realize that to live is a grace from God. Yet, we have often taken life for granted and will only wake up our ideas until we witness the fragility of man. How sad, isn't it?

How much healing one received from the Lord isn't an issue. How long one lives isn't an issue either. The key to life is to have the source of Life, and this Life is Jesus Christ.

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." ~ John 10:10

Friends, if you complain that you have no life in lives, you are absolutely right because Life is found in Jesus only. May you find this Life one day, I pray.
